Cancellation

• Admission, registration, and fee payments are processed according to college rules and approval workflow.
• Students should contact the college office before initiating any cancellation request.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds, if any, will be handled only as per the college administration decision and the applicable policy in force at the time of request.
• Once a fee receipt is generated, it is considered an official transaction record and may require verification before any refund action.

Deductions / Processing

• Processing charges, bank charges, gateway charges, late fees, or other applicable deductions may apply where permitted by college rules.
• The college reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy requirements or verification standards.

Jurisdiction

• This policy is governed by the laws of India and, where applicable, the laws of Rajasthan.
• Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Dausa, Rajasthan.
